Cub Scout Pack 21

Pack Leaders

Cub Scout Packs rely entirely on parent volunteers to run the activities, organize finances, recruitment, awards and achievements.

The Cubs learn leadership skills and roles from watching their parents getting involved and working together to build the Cub Scout community.

There are two types of pack leadership roles: Committee Members and Den Leaders.

Den Leaders are responsible for planning and running den meetings and activities, as well as encouraging the boys' efforts at earning achievements. Den leaders are also part of the Pack Committee.

The Pack Committee is responsible for planning pack-level events and activities, such as monthly pack meetings, camp-outs, community service, fund-raising activities, and the Pinewood Derby.
